Debit Card Pin Number
Smart Choices. Better Banking.

Security Alert

First Financial Bank would like to issue a security alert to our customers.

We were recently notified of an automated service calling some bank customers. The automated message stated their First Financial Bank check or debit card had been suspended; it then asked for the sixteen (16) digit card number.

This was a FRAUDULENT phone call. It was not initiated by First Financial Bank.

If you followed the instructions to this phone call, please immediately call the phone number listed on the back of your check card. You need to have your MasterCard check card cancelled.

For your security, NEVER give your card information over the phone if you did not initiate the call. If you do not feel comfortable with a phone call regarding your account, we welcome you to call us.

First Financial Bank will never request the PIN to your MasterCard check card. Check card PINs are always encrypted to prevent others, including employees, from knowing your personal code. NEVER disclose your MasterCard check card PIN to anyone.
